Brian is a Certified Transformational Breath® Senior Trainer with a calm, intuitive style that meets each person exactly where they are.
His sessions are both deeply embodied and spiritually expansive—an invitation to breathe with purpose and presence.
Before guiding others inward, Brian explored the outer landscapes of ancient civilizations as an archaeologist. That same reverence for what lies hidden now shapes his breathwork practice.
Today, he walks beside seekers as a soul guide—helping them uncover what has been buried, forgotten, or waiting to rise.
I’m Brian Williams, breathwork facilitator, forest guide, and student of the sacred. For over a decade, I’ve walked alongside people as they return to themselves through the simple, profound act of breathing with intention. My work is rooted in Transformational Breath, but over time it has deepened into something greater, more embodied, and more elemental.
In the stillness of woodland, the rhythm of breath slows. The forest listens. Here, I guide individuals and groups through experiences that combine breathwork, meditation, forest bathing, sacred shaking, and shamanic journeying. Each offering is a doorway to deeper presence, grounded release, and soulful reconnection with Body, Earth, and Spirit.
Whether you come for a one-to-one session, a retreat, or a seasonal woodland journey, the invitation is the same: to breathe, to feel, to remember who you are.
Let go of old patterns you are holding

Brian and Lucy ran weekend breathwork courses for NHS Specialist Palliative Care and Bereavement Teams, at a hospital in South Wales. The teams are a mixture of professional staff and all feel the heavy burden of stress

Attending the Transformational Breath seminar in Buckden, UK was a deeply profound learning and truly life-changing experience. With each session, I felt layers of physical and emotional tension gently melt away. This breath work brought me to
My experience was profound, as it was for others in the group. I did not want the workshop to end. I felt, clean, light, healthy and energetic afterwards. I will do more workshops and I am comfortable
I have been working with Brian doing Transformational Breath® for 12 months now. I have found the work truly inspiring – it does what it says on the tin, it transforms lives. I am an abuse survivor
I am so grateful that I had the chance to work with Indalecia, Brian, Lucy and Stephanie at the seminar in Northern Ireland in the magical place, Benburb Priory. The week was full of learning, sharing, breathing
The first session was like nothing I could have imagined. I felt that the body needed to speak, to express, to release. It was through movement, shaking and drumming that the energy that was trapped was free
I recently completed the six-day Transformational Breath retreat Levels 1-3 with Brian Williams and his team, and it was genuinely life-changing. Brian’s gentle yet powerful facilitation style created a safe space where I could do deep emotional
I found the sessions, especially the Intention aspect, extremely useful in dealing with a very stressful period. The ‘breathing’ helped immensely in providing a calm period for reflection and strength to deal with multiple pressures.
My stay with Lucy and Brian, in their beautiful home, was a joy and has had some very profound outcomes. We worked with the breath, with the body, energy centres and healing crystals, and with Lucy’s expertise
