I offer Individual Sessions in my woodland retreat at Carryduff, near Belfast. Just walking through the woods to the Breathing Room starts to help you unwind, relax and connect with the natural world and yourself.
Brian is a Certified Transformational Breath® Senior Trainer with a calm, intuitive style that meets each person exactly where they are.

Before guiding others inward, Brian explored the outer landscapes of ancient civilizations as an archaeologist. That same reverence for what lies hidden now shapes his breathwork practice.
Today, he walks beside seekers as a soul guide—helping them uncover what has been buried, forgotten, or waiting to rise.
I’m Brian Williams, breathwork facilitator, forest guide, and student of the sacred. For over a decade, I’ve walked alongside people as they return to themselves through the simple, profound act of breathing with intention. My work is rooted in Transformational Breath, but over time it has deepened into something greater, more embodied, and more elemental.
In the stillness of woodland, the rhythm of breath slows. The forest listens. Here, I guide individuals and groups through experiences that combine breathwork, meditation, forest bathing, sacred shaking, and shamanic journeying. Each offering is a doorway to deeper presence, grounded release, and soulful reconnection with Body, Earth, and Spirit.

Transformational Breath® works effectively on Zoom. This is a suitable way to breathe with me if travel to the venue is not possible.
