I had previously done some brief sessions using Transformational Breath but following the Seminar by lead trainer Brian Williams I was amazed at just how powerful Transformational Breath really was.
Firstly identifying positive intentions helped reframe my negative beliefs about myself. This freed up space in my body by releasing the emotion through the breath.
Although the intensity of the release of the emotion is only approximately 90 seconds, the aftermath of this relief is a sense of pure overriding warmth and love coming from a higher place above me. I was also aware that great insights into some of the problems I have had in life, even those that I had not been aware of or conscious of, would come to me from out of nowhere, providing me with a greater understanding of these past issues.
I have come away from the retreat feeling calmer and more spiritually connected. I continue to hold and remind myself of the positive intentions in my daily practice alongside regular breathing sessions that I can deliver to myself.
I felt safe, nurtured held, and respected during and after the Breathwork.
I am now aware why this particular Breathwork is called Transformational, because it truly is!
