My experience was profound, as it was for others in the group. I did not want the workshop to end. I felt, clean, light, healthy and energetic afterwards. I will do more workshops

About Breathwork

Brian Williams Breathwork

Breathwork

Transformational Breath® is a powerful, life-enhancing practice that uses conscious, connected breathing to unlock your full respiratory system and support deep emotional healing. This gentle yet effective modality brings suppressed or unresolved emotions into conscious awareness without relying on words or analysis, allowing the body to complete old emotional cycles naturally.

Many people carry grief, anger, guilt, or sadness without realising the toll it takes on their health and happiness. Through skilled facilitation, Brian Williams, a Senior Trainer in Transformational Breath®, gently guides you to feel, express and integrate what is ready to be released. His extensive experience and personal journey of transformation create a safe, compassionate space where you are supported at your own pace.

Sessions are held in a quiet, purpose-built room surrounded by trees, offering privacy and tranquility essential for this deep work. Techniques such as breathing analysis, body mapping, and affirmations are tailored to your unique needs.

Whether you are managing chronic stress, recovering from trauma, or seeking clarity and vitality, breathwork offers a natural and empowering way forward. It invites you to feel more, carry less, and reconnect with your purpose, bringing peace, insight and lasting change.

Ask Me Anything

Transformational Breathwork is a conscious breathing technique that supports emotional release, stress relief, and personal growth. Guided by Brian’s extensive experience, it helps you access deeper layers of awareness and healing, using your breath as a powerful, natural tool.

Brian’s sessions are for anyone ready to deepen self-awareness, heal emotional blocks, or simply find calm in a chaotic world. It’s especially helpful for spiritual seekers, stressed professionals and those recovering from trauma.

An initial session usually lasts almost two hours. It begins by finding out what you want from the breath, some details about your health and you will be told by me about the technique. I will do a breathing analysis to establish a positive intention before going into the full breathing session. This lasts almost one hour and is facilitated by using body mapping and affirmations. There is a period of integration towards the end of the session. You will have a unique experience and there is time for feedback at the end. It is recommended that you then practice 100 breaths daily at home.

Expect a safe, supportive space tailored to your needs. Each experience blends breathwork with nature, stillness, and intuitive guidance. Clients often leave feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply reconnected to themselves.

To book a one-to-one session, please use the short enquiry form you can find throughout the site.

All sessions are in-person. One-to-one sessions are held in a peaceful woodland retreat, and immersive week-long retreats take place in various scenic locations across Ireland and further afield, offering a grounding connection with nature.

You experience Transformational Breath® either seated or lying down on a comfortable mattress and we will facilitate you through the sessions. You will be given guidance on how to breathe and skilled techniques will be used to help you achieve a fully open breathing pattern. All sessions are confidential and completely safe.

Yes, Zoom sessions are very effective and follow a similar pattern to the in-person sessions.

Transformational Breath® is a safe, tried and tested modality that has been used for 50 years and is practised in more than 50 countries around the world.
