The foundation of all my bespoke sessions is Transformational Breath®, but I also draw on a range of complementary practices that can be woven into our time together. Each has its own way of supporting release, renewal, and self-discovery. Further down the page, you can explore some of the practices I facilitate and the pathways they open.

Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, Brian’s forest bathing sessions offer deep presence and sensory immersion in nature. As emotions rise and fall like wind through the trees, the forest becomes a mirror and a witness for inner healing.

Brian facilitates stillness and gentle movement to tune into the subtle language of the body. These practices offer tools to locate and meet emotions with awareness, breath, and grace—fostering presence and emotional resilience.

Using drumming, rhythm, breath, and intention, Brian leads guided journeys into inner and spiritual realms. These ceremonial sessions support healing, reconnection with soul purpose, and the retrieval of insights held in deeper layers of the self.

Brian guides conscious, connected breathing to open the body and spirit to healing. These sessions support the release of grief, tension, and long-held stories, awakening the body’s innate intelligence and creating space for insight and transformation.

Sacred Shaking is about releasing trapped emotions, painful memories and traumas. It’s entirely body-based with a simple set of easy physical exercises followed by lying down to shake and release that which no longer serves you. There is no coaching or talking about your story, it’s an entirely physical experience.
